How you know it is this
- Worn or peeling leather, which the Gulf sun does quickly
- Multifunction buttons that have stopped responding
- Heating that no longer works
Worth knowing before you buy
- The airbag is a separate part and is not supplied with the wheel. It has its own handling and disposal rules.
- Wheels change within a generation — buttons, paddles, heating and airbag connector all vary. A photograph of yours settles it faster than anything.
- Retrimming an original wheel is often better value than a replacement, and keeps the correct buttons.
What we need to quote it. A photograph of the wheel, and whether it is heated and has paddles. The chassis number settles the generation, the body and usually the engine in seventeen characters — it is on your mulkiya. A photograph of the old part helps where there is more than one version.
