Where this is used.
The jobs scaffolding & access actually do. If yours is not on the list, it is still worth asking — most of what we supply ends up somewhere nobody wrote down.
Building facades & new-build access
Tube-and-fitting scaffold goes where system scaffold cannot — around a curve, past a projection, up against a building that is not a rectangle. It is slower to erect and it fits anything.
Plant shutdowns & refinery maintenance
Heavy-duty access built to a short programme and struck again afterwards. This is where Type 4 tube and a dense coupler count earn their cost, and where mill certificates are checked rather than filed.
Hanging from structural steel
Beam clamps grip a flange from 8 to 45 mm and are rated at not less than 30 kN — the manufacturer's rating rather than an EN 74 figure — so a working platform can be hung under a roof or a bridge deck without drilling the structure. Ask for the test report with the quotation.
Temporary roofs & weather protection
Tube frame with sheeting over it, to keep a trade working through rain or to stop material reaching the street below.
Grandstands, staging & event structures
The same tube and fittings, designed for crowd loading rather than trades access. Board retainers matter here — a platform the public stands on cannot have a board lift in the wind.
Shoring, propping & falsework
Base jacks and U-heads under primary beams, adjustable to the millimetre. The capacity is the maker's tested figure and not a standard's — neither BS 1139 nor EN 74 states a load for a base jack — so ask for the test report with the quotation.
What we can put in front of your engineer.
Ask for any of it against a specific size and you will get it the same working day.
- Mill test certificates for the tube, issued with the quotation rather than after the order
- EN 74-1 test reports for couplers, stating the class and the slip and failure loads
- Wall thickness, weight per metre and weight per length, so a tonnage order converts cleanly to a length count
- Coating declaration — hot-dip galvanised or pre-galvanised, and the zinc weight
We do not publish downloadable datasheets. Where a standard or a certificate is written into your specification, ask us against the specific unit — we will either produce the supplier documentation or tell you plainly that we cannot, rather than leave you to find out at inspection.
Send us the specification
The fastest quote comes from the tube wall and length, the coupler types and counts, whether you are ordering by the tonne or by the length, and whether your specification requires certificates with the quotation.
Mon–Sat, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM. Outside those hours it is answered the next working morning.
What you get with the price.
Stock on the ground
Same-day into Sharjah and the northern emirates for what is in the yard, one to three working days elsewhere.
New and refurbished
Both grades priced side by side on every line, so the budget decision is yours to make, not ours to steer.
Delivered and offloaded
Our own transport across all 7 Emirates, with crane or forklift offloading arranged and quoted before you commit.
Checked before it leaves
Refurbished units are cleaned, repaired and inspected in our own yard rather than shipped on as found.
Bulk and project supply
Send the full requirement rather than line by line — contractor and bulk rates are better than list.
Straight answers
If we cannot meet a specification or evidence a standard, we say so at enquiry stage rather than after the order.
Buying scaffold tube and fittings
Scaffold is quoted in tonnes and used in lengths, and almost every costly mistake on a scaffold order starts in the gap between those two units. This is the arithmetic, the two standards that matter, and the one test that separates a coupler worth buying from one that will be rejected on site.
