Supplied and delivered in Sharjah
Sharjah is where a good deal of our stock sits, so an item ordered in the morning can often be on your site the same afternoon. It is also the easiest Emirate in which to come and look at goods before buying them, which for refurbished tanks and containers is worth more than any photograph we could send — tell us what you want to see and we will tell you which yard it is standing in.
Ordered in the morning, on site the same afternoon.
Arranged with the delivery where your site has no plant of its own.
Including the industrial areas and free zones listed below.
Areas we deliver to in Sharjah
- Sharjah Industrial Areas 1–18
- Hamriyah Free Zone
- Sharjah Airport International Free Zone (SAIF Zone)
- Al Sajaa
- Al Saja'a Industrial Oasis
Anywhere else in Sharjah is delivered on the same run — the list names the industrial areas and free zones we go to most, not a limit on where we will go.
What Sharjah orders
The broadest mix we handle, because proximity makes small and urgent orders practical: single tank replacements, part-loads of scaffold and fixings, and same-day barrier and hoarding top-ups.
Every standard size carries a published price in AED on its own page. Anything built to your specification is quoted against the drawing.
Delivered to Sharjah
Every range below is carried in the yard and goes out on the same delivery run.
Water tank rules in Sharjah
Building owners, with named attention to hotels, schools, nurseries and mosque ablution facilities. The instrument is named so you can check it yourself.
Sharjah publishes no cleaning frequency the way Dubai and Ajman do. Confirm the current interval and the accreditation route with SEWA and the Municipality's Public Health Department directly.
Does the contractor need approval?
Yes. Property owners are required to use a SEWA-accredited cleaning company, and the Municipality's Health Control Section requires hotels, private schools and nurseries to hold a contract with an establishment licensed in Sharjah emirate specifically.
Is it actually enforced?
Yes, and visibly. SEWA inspected 283 sites in the third quarter of 2025 alone, covering 189 water tanks and 94 mosque ablution samples.
What are the penalties?
Sharjah Municipality and Civil Defence apply a fine of AED 10,000 to building owners for maintenance neglect.
How often?
No public frequency is published. Owners are expected to maintain the tank and to be able to show it was done, which in practice means a schedule and a written record.
