These terms apply to orders placed with Lionyard General Trading LLC, a trading company licensed in Ajman Free Zone, United Arab Emirates.
Prices and VAT
All prices published on this website are in UAE dirhams and exclude the 5% VAT. Prices are indicative list prices and are subject to change without notice. The price that applies to your order is the one stated on your written quote.
Quotations
Quotes are valid for 7 days from issue unless stated otherwise, and are subject to stock being available at the time of order confirmation. Delivery, offloading and installation charges are quoted separately from the goods.
New and refurbished stock
Refurbished units are pre-used items that have been inspected, cleaned, repaired as required and tested before sale. They are supplied in serviceable condition but are not represented as new, and may show cosmetic wear. Where a unit will hold potable water it is sanitised before delivery.
Payment terms
Standard terms are 50% on order confirmation and 50% on delivery. Credit terms may be offered to verified contractors and repeat clients at our discretion, subject to agreement in writing before the order is placed.
Delivery
Delivery timings are estimates and depend on stock, load size and site access. Same-day supply in Ajman and Sharjah applies to in-stock items ordered within business hours. The customer is responsible for ensuring safe and legal site access for delivery vehicles and lifting equipment.
Returns and claims
Any shortage, damage or discrepancy must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with photographs, so we can investigate. Goods manufactured or modified to a customer's specification are non-returnable.
Warranty
New goods carry the manufacturer's warranty where one is provided. Refurbished goods are covered against functional failure for the period stated on your invoice. Warranty does not cover damage from incorrect installation, misuse or site conditions.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Emirate of Ajman.
