Applications

Where this is used.

The jobs roofing & cladding actually do. If yours is not on the list, it is still worth asking — most of what we supply ends up somewhere nobody wrote down.

  • Warehouses & pre-engineered buildings

Insulated sandwich panel for walls and roof, on C and Z purlins, with the flashings that close the ridge, the eaves and the corners.

  • Portacabins & site accommodation

50 mm wall panel is the usual cabin build; 75 mm where the unit is lived in through a UAE summer and the air conditioning bill matters.

  • Re-roofing & re-cladding

GI sheet from 0.4 to 0.7 mm. The gauge decides how it spans and how it takes a footfall during maintenance, not just what it costs.

  • Boundary and screen walls

GI sheet and sandwich panel used vertically as a permanent boundary, where a mesh fence would not give privacy or a wind break.

  • Canopies, car ports & covered stores

Roof panel over a light steel frame, with the profiles and trims supplied to match so the finished edge is not improvised on site.

  • Ducting, trays & light framing

Aluminium sheet 0.5 to 1.0 mm where the part has to be folded, is going somewhere corrosive, or simply has to be light.

Technical detail

What we can put in front of your engineer.

Ask for any of it against a specific size and you will get it the same working day.

  • Panel core thickness against U-value, so the specification can be checked rather than assumed
  • Sheet gauge, effective cover width and weight per square metre
  • Purlin section sizes and the span each one is good for
  • Which flashings a given roof needs — ridge, eave, barge and corner — and how many metres

We do not publish downloadable datasheets. Where a standard or a certificate is written into your specification, ask us against the specific unit — we will either produce the supplier documentation or tell you plainly that we cannot, rather than leave you to find out at inspection.

Send us the specification

The fastest quote comes from the roof or wall area in square metres, the panel or sheet thickness, and whether you need the purlins and flashings with it.

Mon–Sat, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM. Outside those hours it is answered the next working morning.

Why buy here

What you get with the price.

Stock on the ground

Same-day into Sharjah and the northern emirates for what is in the yard, one to three working days elsewhere.

New and refurbished

Both grades priced side by side on every line, so the budget decision is yours to make, not ours to steer.

Delivered and offloaded

Our own transport across all 7 Emirates, with crane or forklift offloading arranged and quoted before you commit.

Checked before it leaves

Refurbished units are cleaned, repaired and inspected in our own yard rather than shipped on as found.

Bulk and project supply

Send the full requirement rather than line by line — contractor and bulk rates are better than list.

Straight answers

If we cannot meet a specification or evidence a standard, we say so at enquiry stage rather than after the order.

Buying guide

Choosing sheet, panel and profile

A roof or a clad elevation is three separate purchases — the sheet, the structure it fixes to, and the trims that close the edges. Leaving the trims to the end is the usual reason a job stalls on site.
