Who we supply

Water storage and scheduled cleaning for labour accommodation.

For camps in Al Jurf, Al Sajaa and the Sharjah industrial areas. Storage sized to your bed count, cleaned on a schedule, documented for inspection.

MOHRE accommodation rules require ongoing facility maintenance and periodic cleaning through specialised contractors, and set a minimum provision for cold drinking water. Roughly 1.5 million workers live in labour accommodation across the UAE, and inspections are real — accommodation files can be suspended for breaches.

One contractor, one schedule, one file

The usual arrangement is a tank from one supplier, a cleaner from another and a plumber from a third — and when the inspector asks who is responsible, all three point at each other.

We supply the storage and we do the cleaning, so there is one schedule and one set of records. If a tank fails we replace it from stock rather than quoting a lead time to a camp with no water.

Size against bed count, not floor area

Storage requirements follow occupancy. Tell us how many workers the accommodation holds and we will size the storage, say whether the existing tanks are adequate, and quote a cleaning interval against them.

  • If the camp is being expanded, give us the final bed count rather than the current one. Sizing for the end state costs less than replacing a tank eighteen months later.
  • Panel tanks are usually the right answer at camp scale — built to any footprint that meets the volume, and assembled in position rather than craned in whole.
  • Drinking water provision is specified separately from bulk storage. Tell us both and they get quoted together.

The record matters as much as the clean

An inspector asks for records, not for reassurance. Ask us for a written report on each visit — what was removed, what was used to disinfect, the condition of the tank and the date — and keep the file. The file is what answers the question.

Questions

Straight answers.

How much water storage does a labour camp need?

It follows occupancy rather than floor area. Send us the bed count and we will size the storage, tell you whether the existing tanks are adequate, and quote a cleaning interval against them. If the camp is expanding, give us the final bed count — sizing for the end state is cheaper than replacing a tank later.

Does labour accommodation cleaning have to be done by a specialised contractor?

MOHRE accommodation rules require ongoing facility maintenance and periodic cleaning through specialised contractors. The exact scope and wage threshold should be confirmed with MOHRE, and the rules were updated in 2026.

Do you provide a report after cleaning?

Ask for one and yes. An inspection asks for records rather than reassurance, so a written note of what was removed, what was used to disinfect, the tank condition and the date is the thing worth keeping.

Can you replace a failed tank quickly?

That is what stock is for. Tell us the size and the emirate — same-day into Ajman and Sharjah for what is on the ground, one to three working days elsewhere.

Also supplying contractorsfactoriesbuilding owners. The rules behind all of it are in the compliance guide.
