Tank cleaning & maintenance

Scheduled cleaning and disinfection of potable water storage, with a written record at the end of it. Dubai requires it twice a year — the rule for every emirate is set out in our compliance guide.

What that covers

  • Tank isolated from the supply and drained down, so sediment is removed rather than stirred back into what is left
  • Cleaning and disinfection by our own crew, not a subcontractor
  • An inspection report you can hand to an inspector, not a verbal all-clear
  • Annual contracts, so the next visit is booked before you have to remember it

What we need to price it

The tank capacity, where it sits, how the crew gets to it, and roughly when it was last done.

Installation & commissioning

Base preparation through to commissioning. Panel tanks are built in position, diesel systems are piped and cabins are levelled and connected — so what arrives on a truck ends up working.

What that covers

  • Sectional GRP panel tanks assembled on site, in plant rooms a moulded tank could never be craned into
  • Pipework and fittings — fill, vent, suction, drain and overflow
  • Cabin placement and levelling, on adjustable feet or a prepared base
  • Base and plinth requirements worked out for the filled weight, not the empty one

A drawing or photographs of the space, the base you already have, and the services available on site.

Custom fabrication

Containers cut, clad, insulated and fitted out, and tanks built to a footprint that is not on the list. Priced on what goes into it rather than published, because no two are the same.

What that covers

  • Container modification — personnel doors, windows, partitions, insulation, electrics and air conditioning
  • Side-opening and workshop conversions
  • Panel tanks in any footprint that meets the volume, for a plant room that dictates the shape
  • Built to your drawing, quoted against it

What we need to price it

A sketch or a description of the layout, and the power and water available where it will stand.

For work with an end date

Tank & equipment rental

Storage for a project that finishes. Placed on site for the length of the job and collected when it closes, so you are not left owning a tank you needed for four months.

What that covers

  • Weekly and monthly rates
  • Delivery, placement and collection included
  • Swap to a different capacity if the requirement changes mid-project
  • Barriers and containers for temporary diversions and site storage on the same basis

What we need to price it

The capacity, how long you need it, the emirate, and how a truck reaches the spot.

At the end of the job

Buyback & trade-in

We buy back used tanks, containers and cabins. Cash, or credit against whatever is replacing them — which is usually the cheaper way round.

What that covers

  • Same-day offers from photographs, before anything moves
  • Cash, or trade-in credit against the replacement
  • We collect — you do not have to arrange transport for something you are selling
  • Refurbished stock is where a large part of the catalogue comes from, so there is a real market for it

What we need to price it

Photographs, the size, the condition as you see it, and where it is standing.

Our own transport, quoted separately from the goods so you can see exactly what it costs before you commit to anything.

What that covers

  • Same-day into Sharjah and the northern emirates for stock on the ground
  • One to three working days everywhere else in the UAE
  • Crane and forklift offloading arranged, and priced before you order
  • Free delivery in Ajman on orders above AED 500

What we need to price it

The delivery address, what a truck has to get through to reach it, and any time window on site.

    50% advance, 50% on delivery. Credit terms for verified contractors.

    Scheduled to your site access window, with offloading arranged if needed.
