What it is
Precast reinforced concrete panels slotted between precast concrete posts (or cast in-situ), forming a solid permanent boundary wall - different from the Jersey barrier line on this site, which is a movable traffic barrier, not a fixed boundary wall.
Who buys it
Long-term or permanent site boundaries, plot boundary walls, and anywhere the client wants zero maintenance - no rust, no repainting.
Made of
Precast reinforced concrete, panels slotted into grooved concrete posts set on a footing, or cast as a continuous wall.
Compared to steel/panel fencing
Heavier to transport and install (needs a crane or forklift on site), but nothing to maintain afterwards - the trade-off is upfront installation cost against zero running cost.
Delivery
Needs site access for a delivery vehicle and crane/forklift - confirmed against the site survey, in addition to the standard delivery terms: All 7 Emirates from our own yard. Sharjah and the northern emirates are usually same day on stocked lines; the rest of the country is one to three working days. The delivery charge depends on the emirate, the load and the offloading, and is confirmed in writing on the quotation rather than guessed at here.
Installation service
Supply only, or supplied and installed by our own crew rather than a subcontractor. Installation is quoted with the goods once we have the site conditions and the access, and is shown as its own line on the quotation.
