Indicator units

The indicator lamps, whether separate units, part of the headlamp, or in the mirror.

How you know it is this

  • An indicator flashing much faster than normal — a bulb out
  • A cracked or faded lens
  • An indicator that does not work at all on one corner

Worth knowing before you buy

  • Fast flashing means a failed bulb or LED on that side. It is the car telling you which, and it is usually the cheapest possible fix.
  • On most modern Mercedes the front indicator is inside the headlamp and the side repeater is in the mirror housing.
  • Mirror indicators are usually a separate part from the mirror glass and the housing.

What we need to quote it. The chassis number and which corner. The chassis number settles the generation, the body and usually the engine in seventeen characters — it is on your mulkiya. A photograph of the old part helps where there is more than one version.
