How you know it is this
- A complete loss of spark on one bank or on the whole engine
- A car that cuts out when hot and restarts when cool
- An ignition circuit fault code
Worth knowing before you buy
- Cutting out when hot and recovering when cool is the classic signature of a failing module.
- Often mounted on or near the coils, where it gets the same heat that killed them.
- May need coding on some cars.
What we need to quote it. The engine code and the fault codes. The chassis number settles the generation, the body and usually the engine in seventeen characters — it is on your mulkiya. A photograph of the old part helps where there is more than one version.
