Door mirrors — complete

The complete mirror assembly — housing, glass, motor, and whatever electronics the specification includes.

How you know it is this

  • Impact damage, usually from a wall or another car
  • A mirror that will not fold or adjust
  • A cracked housing
  • Blind spot warning failing on one side

Worth knowing before you buy

  • Mirror specification varies enormously: power fold, memory, auto-dim, heating, puddle lamp, indicator, blind spot sensor and a surround camera are all options. A mirror without your options will not work properly.
  • The GLASS, the COVER CAP and the INDICATOR are usually available separately and are a fraction of a complete mirror. Most damage only needs one of them.
  • Needs coding on cars with memory or blind spot assist.
  • A surround-view camera in the mirror needs calibrating after fitting.

What we need to quote it. The chassis number, left or right, the paint code, and a photograph of the mirror. The chassis number settles the generation, the body and usually the engine in seventeen characters — it is on your mulkiya. A photograph of the old part helps where there is more than one version.
