Rear screen

The rear window, usually with the heating element and often the radio aerial printed into it.

How you know it is this

  • A cracked or shattered screen
  • Heating elements not clearing part of the glass
  • Poor radio reception after a glass change

Worth knowing before you buy

  • The heating grid and often the aerial are printed on the glass. A broken grid line can sometimes be repaired with conductive paint rather than replacing the screen.
  • Tinted, privacy and heated versions are different parts.
  • On a tailgate, the glass is frequently bonded and the tailgate has to come off or be supported.

What we need to quote it. The chassis number. The chassis number settles the generation, the body and usually the engine in seventeen characters — it is on your mulkiya. A photograph of the old part helps where there is more than one version.
