Charcoal cabin filter

A cabin filter with an activated-carbon layer, which absorbs exhaust fumes and odours as well as trapping dust.

Also called activated carbon filter, combination filter.

Worth knowing before you buy

  • The upgrade over a plain particle filter, and worth it for traffic and for anyone sensitive to fumes.
  • Same fitment and same job, and usually only a little more.
  • The carbon saturates, so it does not last longer than a plain filter — if anything it benefits from being changed on time.

What we need to quote it. The chassis number. The chassis number settles the generation, the body and usually the engine in seventeen characters — it is on your mulkiya. A photograph of the old part helps where there is more than one version.
