Clutch hose and pipe

The line carrying fluid from the master to the slave cylinder.

How you know it is this

  • A spongy pedal that bleeding does not fix
  • A hose that swells visibly when the pedal is pressed
  • A weep at a union

Worth knowing before you buy

  • A swelling hose absorbs the pedal movement and feels exactly like a failing master cylinder. Cheap to rule out.
  • Heat from the exhaust and the gearbox ages it faster than mileage does.

What we need to quote it. The chassis number. The chassis number settles the generation, the body and usually the engine in seventeen characters — it is on your mulkiya. A photograph of the old part helps where there is more than one version.
