Reversing lights

The white lights that come on in reverse.

How you know it is this

  • No reversing light at all on either side
  • One side out
  • A reversing camera or parking sensors behaving oddly at the same time

Worth knowing before you buy

  • Both out at once is usually the reversing light switch or the gearbox position signal, not the lamps.
  • On most cars this function is inside the tail light cluster rather than a separate lamp.
  • Reversing cameras rely on the same signal, so a switch fault can take the camera with it.

What we need to quote it. The chassis number. The chassis number settles the generation, the body and usually the engine in seventeen characters — it is on your mulkiya. A photograph of the old part helps where there is more than one version.
