How you know it is this
- Dead pixels or missing segments in the display
- A dim or flickering display
- Gauges that read wrongly or stick
- A cluster that does not light at all
Worth knowing before you buy
- It stores the odometer reading and is matched to the car. A replacement has to be programmed, and mileage handling is a legal matter — it must be done properly and documented.
- Dead pixels and backlight failure are common and frequently REPAIRABLE for far less than a cluster.
- Not a used-part swap. A donor cluster brings the donor's mileage.
What we need to quote it. The chassis number and a photograph of the fault. The chassis number settles the generation, the body and usually the engine in seventeen characters — it is on your mulkiya. A photograph of the old part helps where there is more than one version.
