Comfort / convenience module

The module handling windows, mirrors, seats, locking and the convenience functions, often one per door zone.

How you know it is this

  • Windows or mirrors dead on one side only
  • One door not locking with the others
  • Memory seat positions lost
  • Water inside a door causing intermittent faults

Worth knowing before you buy

  • A door module sits inside the door, and the door is where water gets in. A blocked door drain is the usual root cause.
  • One side dead points at the door module; all sides dead points further upstream.
  • Coding required.

What we need to quote it. The chassis number and which zone. The chassis number settles the generation, the body and usually the engine in seventeen characters — it is on your mulkiya. A photograph of the old part helps where there is more than one version.
