Radiator mounts and shroud

The rubber mounts the radiator sits in and the plastic shroud that channels air through it.

How you know it is this

  • A rattle from the front of the car
  • A radiator that has moved and is chafing against something
  • A cracked or missing shroud, with overheating in slow traffic

Worth knowing before you buy

  • The shroud is not trim. Without it the fan pulls air around the radiator instead of through it, and the car overheats in traffic while being fine on the move.
  • Rubber mounts perish and let the radiator vibrate, which eventually cracks an end tank.
  • Cheap parts that are frequently broken during other front-end work and not replaced.

What we need to quote it. The chassis number settles the generation, the body and usually the engine in seventeen characters — it is on your mulkiya. A photograph of the old part helps where there is more than one version.
