Rear quarter panels

The rear wing sections, which are welded to the body rather than bolted on.

How you know it is this

  • Accident damage
  • Corrosion above the arch or at the sill join
  • A previous repair that has failed

Worth knowing before you buy

  • WELDED, NOT BOLTED. This is structural bodywork — cut, weld, seal and paint — and the labour is far more than the panel.
  • Available as a full panel or as a repair section covering just the arch, and the section is usually the sensible choice.
  • Corrosion here usually means the drains or the arch liner have been letting water sit.

What we need to quote it. The chassis number, the paint code, and photographs of the damage. The chassis number settles the generation, the body and usually the engine in seventeen characters — it is on your mulkiya. A photograph of the old part helps where there is more than one version.
