Charging flap and actuator

The flap over the charging socket and the motor that releases it.

How you know it is this

  • A flap that will not open or will not stay shut
  • A flap release that does nothing
  • A broken hinge

Worth knowing before you buy

  • A flap that will not shut leaves the socket open to dust and rain, which is what damages the contacts.
  • Cheap relative to the socket it protects.
  • The actuator and the flap are often separate parts.

What we need to quote it. The chassis number. The chassis number settles the generation, the body and usually the engine in seventeen characters — it is on your mulkiya. A photograph of the old part helps where there is more than one version.
