EGR gaskets and pipes

The gaskets and the rigid pipes joining the EGR valve, cooler and manifolds.

How you know it is this

  • A blowing noise from the EGR pipework
  • Soot marks at a joint
  • A flow fault after an EGR valve has been replaced

Worth knowing before you buy

  • Single-use gaskets. Reusing one is the usual reason a flow code returns straight after an EGR job.
  • The pipes block with soot as badly as the valve and are often not cleaned.
  • Cheap. Always ordered with an EGR valve.

What we need to quote it. The engine code. The chassis number settles the generation, the body and usually the engine in seventeen characters — it is on your mulkiya. A photograph of the old part helps where there is more than one version.
