Standard length is 3 m; the girth and the bend angle are set by your detail, and the colour is matched to the sheet they finish. GI 0.20–1.20 mm, Aluzinc and aluminium 0.40–2.00 mm. A roof that is watertight everywhere except the ridge and the eaves is not watertight — send the roof detail and the flashings are folded to it.

- What it is
- Sheet metal (GI or pre-painted GI) folded to a fixed profile on a brake press, used at every roof and wall junction a flat sheet or panel can't cover on its own - ridges, eaves, corners and openings.
- Who buys it
- Whoever is supplying or fixing the sheet or sandwich panel roof/wall itself - flashings are bought against that same job, since they only fit if they match the panel profile they are finishing.
- Made of
- Same base material as the roof sheet it finishes (plain GI or colour-matched PPGI), bent to the specific profile and lap the job needs.
- Why it matters
- A roof or wall that is watertight everywhere except the ridge and the eaves is not watertight - flashings are what stop wind-driven rain getting in at every joint.
- Ordering
- Made to the actual roof or wall profile and colour on the job - send the panel profile (or a sample) and the running length needed. This is not a stock item picked off a shelf.
- Delivery
- All 7 Emirates from our own yard. Sharjah and the northern emirates are usually same day on stocked lines; the rest of the country is one to three working days. The delivery charge depends on the emirate, the load and the offloading, and is confirmed in writing on the quotation rather than guessed at here.
- Installation service
- Supply only, or supplied and installed by our own crew rather than a subcontractor. Installation is quoted with the goods once we have the site conditions and the access, and is shown as its own line on the quotation.
