- A prefabricated toilet, shower and ablution unit, plumbed and fitted out, sized by the number of cubicles rather than by floor area.

- Labour camps, construction sites, events, and any site that has to provide sanitary facilities for a workforce.
- Made of
- A steel chassis and frame, sandwich panel walls, ceramic tiled floors and splash walls with proper falls to the gullies, sanitaryware, water heaters, extract fans, and a stainless or GI water tank on the roof.
- Panel core
- Confirmed per unit on request. The UAE Fire & Life Safety Code restricts combustible cores, so ask before you order — especially for accommodation and anywhere with an ignition source. Standard PUF is combustible; a rock wool core is the choice where a fire rating matters.
- How it works
- Waste leaves through a single connection point to a septic tank, a holding tank or site drainage. Water comes in from a roof tank or a mains connection. Both have to be planned before the unit is placed, because they decide which way round it sits.
- Sizing
- Count cubicles against headcount, not floor area. Under-providing is the usual mistake and it is the one that draws an inspection.
- Where it is the wrong choice
- Not without a drainage plan - a washroom cabin with nowhere for the waste to go is an expensive shed. Not where a tanker cannot reach the holding tank. And a single unit for a large workforce fails on maintenance long before it fails on capacity; two smaller units usually serve better than one large one.

- The unit, excluding 5% VAT.
- Delivery
- All 7 Emirates from our own yard. Sharjah and the northern emirates are usually same day on stocked lines; the rest of the country is one to three working days. The delivery charge depends on the emirate, the load and the offloading, and is confirmed in writing on the quotation rather than guessed at here.
- Installation
- Supply only, or supplied and installed by our own crew rather than a subcontractor. Installation is quoted with the goods once we have the site conditions and the access, and is shown as its own line on the quotation.
