How you know it is this
- Multiple unrelated EV faults at once
- A car that will not enter ready mode
- No communication with the drive module
- Reduced power with no single component at fault
Worth knowing before you buy
- RARELY THE FAULT, and it is the expensive conclusion. Several faults at once is far more often a 12-volt supply problem or a communication bus fault — both much cheaper.
- Always test the 12-volt battery and the earths first. On an EV as on any other car, low voltage produces nonsense faults everywhere.
- Coded and configured to the car.
- Software updates resolve a meaningful share of these complaints without any part.
What we need to quote it. The chassis number, the full fault code list, and a 12-volt battery test result. The chassis number settles the generation, the body and usually the engine in seventeen characters — it is on your mulkiya. A photograph of the old part helps where there is more than one version.
