What it is
High-density, UV-stabilised plastic safety barriers. Light enough to move by hand when empty and locked together by a built-in interlocking hinge; filled with water or sand on site they become a heavy, stable wall that absorbs vehicle impact.

- Articulation
- 180° rotation at the joint, so a run can follow a curve
- What it is not
- An unanchored water-filled barrier is a channelizing device, not a crash barrier, unless the specific model is MASH or NCHRP-350 tested. Ask us if the job needs a tested restraint.
- Abu Dhabi rule
- An excavation deeper than 0.5 m requires a concrete barrier, or a plastic barrier filled with water or sand
- Delivery
- All 7 Emirates from our own yard. Sharjah and the northern emirates are usually same day on stocked lines; the rest of the country is one to three working days. The delivery charge depends on the emirate, the load and the offloading, and is confirmed in writing on the quotation rather than guessed at here.
- Installation
- Supply only, or supplied and installed by our own crew rather than a subcontractor. Installation is quoted with the goods once we have the site conditions and the access, and is shown as its own line on the quotation.
- Ordering
- Priced per piece unless the row states otherwise, excluding 5% VAT. Contractor rates apply on full-run quantities - send the bill of quantities and the whole package is priced together.
