What it is
Permanent swing, sliding and cantilever gates for a security boundary, with the infill matched to the fence either side — palisade, mesh or 358. Swing from 1.0 m pedestrian to a 6.0 m double leaf; tracked sliding to 8.0 m; cantilever to 10.0 m and beyond. Three different site constraints, and they are what decides the gate rather than the opening: a swing leaf needs clear ground in front of it, a tracked slider needs a clear run and a track that will not flood, and a cantilever needs no track but carries a counterbalance tail — reckon on half the opening again in clear run beside the fence. Send the opening and what is either side of it.

- Vs turnstiles and hoarding gates
- Turnstiles, which are in IT & Security Systems, control single pedestrians one at a time. The temporary swing/sliding gates on the Site Hoarding page are for a construction plot. This range is the permanent boundary gate for a finished security perimeter.
- Operation
- Manual, or motorised — cantilever sliding is the common choice where ground-mounted track would be a trip hazard or would flood.
- Delivery
- All 7 Emirates from our own yard. Sharjah and the northern emirates are usually same day on stocked lines; the rest of the country is one to three working days. The delivery charge depends on the emirate, the load and the offloading, and is confirmed in writing on the quotation rather than guessed at here.
- Installation service
- Supply only, or supplied and installed by our own crew rather than a subcontractor. Installation is quoted with the goods once we have the site conditions and the access, and is shown as its own line on the quotation.
