Weighted blocks (concrete or recycled rubber) that clip to the base of a Heras or PVC panel, plus braced windbreak stabilisers for an exposed run — added ballast and bracing against wind, not a fixing.

Delivery
All 7 Emirates from our own yard. Sharjah and the northern emirates are usually same day on stocked lines; the rest of the country is one to three working days.
