Weighted blocks (concrete or recycled rubber) that clip to the base of a Heras or PVC panel, plus braced windbreak stabilisers for an exposed run — added ballast and bracing against wind, not a fixing.

Any Heras or PVC hoarding run on an exposed site, especially through the summer shamal winds, where an unballasted run is a real toppling risk.
Sizes
20 kg and 40 kg the common stock weights; windbreak stabiliser bars brace between the panel and an extra ballast tray for a fully exposed run.
Delivery
All 7 Emirates from our own yard. Sharjah and the northern emirates are usually same day on stocked lines; the rest of the country is one to three working days. The delivery charge depends on the emirate, the load and the offloading, and is confirmed in writing on the quotation rather than guessed at here.
Installation service
Supply only, or supplied and installed by our own crew rather than a subcontractor. Installation is quoted with the goods once we have the site conditions and the access, and is shown as its own line on the quotation.
