What it is

Citrus and pumice hand cleaners for workshop grease, in tubs, gallons and wipes.

Who buys it

Workshops, plant and facilities maintenance, and site welfare units stocking the washroom.

Made of

A citrus-solvent and surfactant base with fine pumice as the abrasive, plus skin conditioners. Waterless grades work without a tap.

How it works

The citrus solvent breaks the grease and the pumice gives the mechanical action that ordinary soap has none of. It is worked into DRY hands first, before any water — wetting the hands first is the usual reason people conclude it does not work.

Where it is the wrong choice

This is a skin product and not a parts cleaner, and the reverse matters far more: never clean hands with brake cleaner, parts cleaner or a solvent degreaser. They strip the skin's own oils and are absorbed through it, which is exactly what a pumice hand cleaner exists to avoid.

Brands

Permatex Fast Orange.

Genuine stock

Genuine Permatex stock, held at our own warehouse rather than drop-shipped. What you order is what is on the shelf, and batch and shelf life are confirmed on request.

Storage

Cool and out of the sun. A UAE store room in August will take months off the shelf life of anything on this list.

Delivery

All 7 Emirates from our own yard. Sharjah and the northern emirates are usually same day on stocked lines; the rest of the country is one to three working days.

Trade and volume

Volume pricing above trade quantities for workshops, fleets, facilities contractors and car wash operators. Send the whole list rather than one line and we will price the package instead of the item.
