- How to choose
- Three different products, and only one of them is a cleaner. The rain repellent that goes with them is in the Rain-X waterless wash on the Wash, Wax & Paintwork shelf. Glass cleaner — Removes film and smears from the inside and outside of the glass. Washer fluid additive / screenwash — Goes in the bottle, not on the glass. Concentrates are diluted; ready-to-use are not. Anti-fog — Applied to the inside of the glass, against misting.
- Where it is the wrong choice
- A rain repellent will not stick to dirty glass. Clean first, dry, then coat — applied over film it streaks and is then harder to remove than it was to put on.
