No footprint is printed here, because there is no standard one. Every tank on this list is assembled on site from half-metre panel modules into whatever shape your space allows — any length and width on the module, up to 4 m high. The same water fits a plant room, a narrow corridor, a low basement, a rooftop plinth, a steel base frame, an underground chamber or open ground; it just changes shape each time. Ten thousand gallons is as happily 4.5 × 3.5 × 2.5 m as it is 8 × 2 × 2.5 m for a corridor, or 5 × 4 × 2 m under a low ceiling. Printing one of those would be describing a tank we did not build for you. Send us the space instead — length, width, the clear height under any ceiling or beam, and the door, hatch or stair it has to pass through — and we build to it. Tanks are delivered flat and assembled in position, so access limits the crew, not the tank. The usable capacity beside each size is what it actually holds after the 150 mm the panel construction takes off each internal dimension, and that figure does not change with the footprint you choose.

What it is

Sectional panel tanks assembled on site — any footprint, built to fit plant rooms and rooftops. Arrives flat and is bolted together where it stands, so it will pass through a standard doorway, down a stairwell and into a basement plant room. This is the tank for a space a whole tank cannot reach.

Shape and orientation
Rectangular, built to whatever footprint meets your volume. This is the tank for a space that is not the shape of a tank - long and shallow for a low plant room, tall and narrow for a corner.
Material
Moulded GRP panels with an insulating core, bolted to a hot-dip galvanised internal frame, sealed with food-grade gasket. Rated for potable water.
Fabrication
Panels are moulded in the factory and the tank is assembled where it stands. Nothing is welded or cut on site.
Dimensions
Built to your space rather than to a mould, in standard panel modules. Send us the length, width and height you have available and we work back to the capacity - that is the normal way this range is specified.
Capacity basis
Sold in US gallons. 1 m³ = 264.172 US gallons, and every size on this site shows its litre and cubic-metre equivalent so it can be checked against a drawing.
Base required
A level concrete plinth or a steel beam base, prepared before delivery and designed for the filled weight. The base carries the whole load and cannot be corrected afterwards.
Site access
Arrives flat. Panels pass through a standard doorway, down a stairwell and into a basement plant room, which is usually the reason this tank is chosen over a moulded one.
Installation
Assembled on site by our crew - this range is not a self-install product. Installation is quoted with the tank once we have the footprint and the access.
Delivery
All 7 Emirates from our own yard. Sharjah and the northern emirates are usually same day on stocked sizes; the rest of the country is one to three working days. The delivery charge depends on the emirate, the load and the offloading, and is confirmed in writing on the quotation.
Maintenance
A potable water tank carries a cleaning obligation that sits with the building owner. Dubai requires cleaning and disinfection at least twice a year plus a monthly internal inspection, by a company approved by the DM Food Safety Department. Abu Dhabi sets it by tank type. We do this work with our own crew and can quote it with the tank.
Ordering
Priced per piece unless the row states otherwise, excluding 5% VAT. Contractor rates apply on full-run quantities - send the bill of quantities and the whole package is priced together.
