What it is
CNC roll-formed structural framing — the system that builds a whole wall, floor or roof from steel that arrives flat and bolts together like a kit. Not a drywall stud: same dimensions, three times the steel grade, and a different job entirely.

- What it is
- Sections rolled straight from a structural model on a framing machine. The machine notches the web, punches service holes, swages, dimples the lips, cuts to exact length and inkjet-prints the member reference, so the frame assembles in order on site.
- Standard profile
- C89 × 41 × 11 mm — 89 mm web, 41 mm flange, 11 mm return lip
- Gauges
- 0.55 · 0.75 · 0.95 · 1.15 · 1.55 mm base metal thickness
- Steel
- G550 high-tensile — NOT the G250 of a partition stud
- Coating
- Z275 galvanising, 275 g/m² both faces
- Weights
- C89 at 0.55 mm — 0.83 kg/m · 0.75 — 1.14 · 0.95 — 1.44 · 1.15 — 1.74 · 1.55 — 2.35 kg/m
- Deeper section
- C150 × 41 × 11 mm for spans past about 6 m
- Lengths
- Cut to the design. A genuine fabricated frame has no fixed length — if an enquiry asks for a thousand identical 3 m pieces, that is a stock order, not a frame.
- What it builds
- Wall panels, floor joists, roof trusses, whole modular buildings. Chords and webs of a truss are the same C-section in different gauges.
