OSRAM Vialox NAV-T 400W Super 4Y E40 High Pressure Sodium Tubular

Quoted on the day

Lighting is priced on the quantity. A relamp of two hundred fittings does not carry the same rate as a single lamp, so the figure is set against your schedule rather than a shelf price. Send the wattages and the quantities and a written quotation comes back the same working day, with bulk pricing applied.

Delivered across all 7 Emirates. How delivery works

This size

400 W, E40, 240 V, 47,000 lm, clear hard glass, TUBULAR, universal burning position, IEC 662. Equivalent to Philips SON-T 400W E E40.

What this is

High-intensity discharge lamps: ceramic metal halide for white light, high-pressure sodium for the orange street-lighting type. Used on: high bays, warehouses, street and area lighting, floodlit yards, stadiums, retail display.

Brand: OSRAM

Power
400 W
Cap / fitting
E40 — giant Edison screw

Worth knowing. The letter after the type is the shape and it decides whether the lamp fits: an E is an ellipsoidal outer bulb, a T is tubular, a TS is double-ended on an R7s or K12S base. A 70 W HQI-E and a 70 W HQI-TS are the same wattage and will not go in the same fitting. Take the old lamp or photograph its markings — and never replace a sodium lamp with a metal halide of the same wattage, because the ignitor and ballast are not interchangeable even where the cap is.

Taken from the product’s own name, converted where the unit differs, and from the standard where the range cites one. Tell us the application and we will confirm the exact item before you order.

Yes — to all 7 Emirates. Sharjah and the northern emirates are usually same day on stocked items, and the rest of the country is one to three working days. The delivery charge depends on the emirate, the load and the offloading, so it is quoted separately and shown on the written quotation rather than guessed at here.

Yes. Contractors, facilities companies, workshops and site suppliers are most of what we do, and volume pricing applies above trade quantities.
