Switches in 8, 16, 24 and 48 port, with PoE where cameras and access points draw power down the same cable. Router and firewall once per site; Wi-Fi access points per point, indoor or weather-rated for a yard. Or the whole thing as one project: cabling, cabinets, switching and Wi-Fi, tested and handed over. Count the devices that need a port before you count the ports — cameras are usually the number that decides the switch.
